Moscow, March 23 (IANS) Sergei Lavrov and Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Iran, on Monday held a phone conversation over the latest situation in the Persian Gulf with Moscow emphasising the need for an immediate cessation of hostilities.
