Shimla, Jan 12 (IANS) Strengthening the long-standing friendly and amicable relations with Bhutan, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Sukhu on Monday flagged off a vehicle from here carrying chilgoza (pine nut) saplings as a gift to Bhutan.
