Chandigarh, July 14 (IANS) In a major breakthrough, Punjab Police’s Counter Intelligence (CI) Amritsar has busted a cross-border narcotics smuggling module with the arrest of two operatives and recovery of 30 kg heroin from their possession, said Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Tuesday. Those arrested have been identified as Gurpreet Singh, alias Gopi, a resident of Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar in Amritsar, and Gagandeep Singh, a resident of Bhalla Colony in Amritsar….
