Mumbai, Jan 27 (IANS) The Maharashtra cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, on Tuesday approved the waiver of stamp duty on the purchase and sale of enemy property at the time of initial registration. The Custodian of Enemy Property of India (CEPI), under the control of the Home Department of the Central Government, preserves, manages and sells enemy property.
