Rajkot, Jan 5 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) for the Saurashtra–Kutch region on January 11 at Marwadi University in Rajkot, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi said on Tuesday.
