New Delhi, June 22 (IANS) In a move to strengthen governance and public service delivery, the Delhi government has brought 23 new services under the Delhi Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Services Act, 2011, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said on Monday.
