New Delhi, Feb 6 (IANS) In a reform aimed at transforming urban mobility in the national capital, the Rekha Gupta-led Delhi government has constituted a task force to draft a Bill for the creation of a Delhi Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (DUMTA) along with a dedicated Delhi Urban Transport Fund (DUTF).
