Kolkata, July 12 (IANS) Police have rescued a local businessman who was allegedly kidnapped and assaulted in Kolkata’s Posta area, police said on Sunday. It was learnt that the abductors had demanded a ransom of Rs 20 lakh.Acting on the information, personnel from Posta Police Station rescued the businessman late on Saturday night.
