Bhopal, Jan 31 (IANS) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said on Saturday that it has attached properties valued at approximately Rs 9.79 crore belonging to former Madhya Pradesh health director Dr Amarnath Mittal and his wife, Dr Alka Mittal.
