Bengaluru, May 10 (IANS) Karnataka Minister for Planning and Statistics D. Sudhakar passed away in the early hours of Sunday at KIMS Hospital in Bengaluru, where he had been undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the past month.
