Jaipur, June 12 (IANS) Union Minister of State (MoS) for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale on Friday asserted that the Narendra Modi-led government is promoting development across the country without discrimination, providing budgetary support to all states regardless of which party is in power.
