Patna, Feb 27 (IANS) At least 11 people sustained serious burn injuries after an LPG cylinder exploded at a roadside food cart in the busy Lauria market area of West Champaran district on Friday afternoon.The incident occurred at around 1.30 p.m. when a cylinder being used for cooking at the cart suddenly exploded.At the time of the blast, around 12 to 15 people were standing near the cart.
