New Delhi, May 5 (IANS) The Supreme Court Collegium, headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant, has recommended the appointment of advocates and judicial officers as judges in the High Courts of Punjab and Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh.
