Bhopal, May 29 (IANS) Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has urged the state government to reopen hostels and ashrams meant for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students, which have remained closed for the past decade.
