Mumbai, April 21 (IANS) Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited on Tuesday reported a 5.18 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2026 (Q4 FY26).The company posted a net profit of Rs 89.28 crore during the quarter, compared to Rs 94.16 crore in the corresponding period last year (Q4 FY25), as per its regulatory filing.The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share of face value Rs 1 each, subject to approval by shareholders …
