New Delhi, May 9 (IANS) In a major breakthrough under the ongoing special drive against proclaimed offenders and externees, a team of Hauz Qazi Police Station in the national capital on Saturday apprehended a notorious proclaimed offender involved in 69 criminal cases, who had been absconding, to evade judicial proceedings in a theft case.
