New Delhi, July 4 (IANS) A Delhi court on Saturday sentenced Bihar BJP MLA Raju Kumar Singh to four years’ imprisonment after convicting him for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in connection with the death of a woman during celebratory firing at a New Year’s Eve party in the national capital in 2018.The Rouse Avenue Court also sentenced Singh to two months’ imprisonment under the Arms Act and directed him to pay Rs 25 lakh as compensation to the victim’s family.
