Bhubaneswar, July 14 (IANS) The Odisha Cabinet on Tuesday approved 13 key proposals related to seven departments, including Rural Development, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development (F&ARD), Cooperation, and Revenue and Disaster Management (R&DM).
