Lucknow, April 7 (IANS) In a significant step towards strengthening the educational framework, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet on Tuesday approved a hike in the honorarium for ‘Shikshamitras’ (para-teachers) and part-time instructors.The hike in honorarium, which will directly benefit lakhs of education personnel across the state and strengthen the education system, will be implemented from this month only, effective from April 1.
