Guwahati, May 7 (IANS) Border Roads Organisation’s (BRO) ‘Project VARTAK’ on Thursday celebrated its 66th Raising Day at Tezpur in Assam, reaffirming its commitment towards strengthening strategic border infrastructure and improving connectivity in the Northeastern region, officials said.
