Bhubaneswar, June 18 (IANS) The Odisha Vigilance has arrested an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Police and a Home Guard driver of Mancheswar Police Station in Bhubaneswar for allegedly taking a bribe from a person to help him in a case and return his two mobile phones, a senior Vigilance official said on Thursday.
