Kolkata, March 3 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Tuesday, accused the Trinamool Congress leaders and a West Bengal Minister of floating baseless allegations against the State Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manoj Kumar Agarwal.
