Washim (Maharashtra), May 17 (IANS) A 47-year-old man in Maharashtra’s Washim has been arrested for allegedly cheating an unemployed youth of Rs 1.73 lakh by falsely promising him a government job and issuing a fake appointment letter, officials said on Sunday.The accused, identified as Ramesh Ramkrishna Navghare, was taken into custody after an investigation by the Local Crime Branch (LCB) uncovered an alleged fraud involving fake recruitment assurances linked to a Panchayat Samiti post.Accordi…
