Patna, July 11 (IANS) An unusual incident drew attention during Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s visit to Akshaywat Rai Stadium in Hajipur, Vaishali district, when the helicopter carrying him reportedly hovered over the venue for several minutes shortly after take-off.
