Kolkata, Jan 20 (IANS) The Supreme Court has directed the Rajganj Block Development Officer (BDO) Prashant Barman to surrender in connection with the case of the abduction and murder of gold merchant Swapan Kamilya at Salt Lake’s Dattabad in Kolkata.
