New Delhi, Jan 1 (IANS) Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor SYSM PVSM AVSM VM, a former Defence Attache to Pakistan, took charge as the Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Indian Air Force, on Thursday, a Defence Ministry official said.
