Chandigarh, May 3 (IANS) Acting swiftly on specific intelligence inputs, the Counterintelligence wing of Punjab Police has busted a narcotics smuggling module in Amritsar and arrested three accused, recovering 12 kg of heroin, officials said on Sunday.The operation was carried out near a toll plaza on the Amritsar–Chabal road in Tarn Taran district, where the suspects were intercepted and taken into custody.
