New Delhi, Jan 20 (IANS) The ISI has strategically made Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) a launch pad for terrorists of the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) and Lashkar-e-Taiba. The ISI got these two outfits together to fight the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which is active in the region.
