Actor Arjun Ashokan, known for his role in ‘Brahmayugam’, revealed that he gained six kilos to play Savio in the film ‘Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies’. ‘Chatha Pacha’ has created excitement with its wrestling theme and is set to release on January 22, 2026.
Arjun Ashokan explained that he started preparing early due to a previous film where he needed to be lean. His character in ‘Chatha Pacha’ required him to bulk up from 62 to 68 kilos. He mentioned that while weight changes were manageable for him, maintaining fitness was the real challenge.
For his role as a wrestler, Arjun underwent Parkour training to prevent injuries during fight scenes. ‘Chatha Pacha’ is produced by Reel World Entertainment and boasts a talented cast including Roshan Mathew and Vishak Nair, with music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and cinematography by Anend C. Chandran.
