Bollywood actor Harshvardhan Rane, while shooting for his upcoming movie Force 3, shared a video of his intense training in a remote location. He incorporated Newton’s Second Law of Motion into his workout routine for an action scene. Rane, unable to travel to Mumbai for training, opted for training in isolation due to the long commute time.

The actor showcased his workout regime, focusing on his back, shoulders, and biceps through band and bench exercises. He concluded with shoulder shrugs, emphasizing the importance of training for the demanding sequences in Force 3. Rane, in his 40s, highlighted the challenges of traveling to Mumbai for training, leading him to train in seclusion with his instructor.

Rane also mentioned deriving essential nutrients like Vitamin D from sunlight, Vitamin B from breakfast, and “Vit F” from his movie Force 3. The actor’s dedication to his fitness regimen and preparation for the action-packed film was evident in his training video. The movie, set to release on May 19, 2027, features John Abraham and Tanya Maniktala alongside Rane.
