Actor Pranav Vashisht’s Journey in Bollywood: From “Amar Singh Chamkila” to “Border 2”

Actor Pranav Vashisht impressed audiences with his role as Pamma in Imtiaz Ali’s “Amar Singh Chamkila.” Besides acting, he worked as the director’s assistant and casting assistant for Mukesh Chhabra during the film. In another notable performance, he portrayed Lieutenant Ajit Singh, the trusted aide of protagonist Sunny Deol in “Border 2.”

Collaborating with renowned Bollywood personalities like Imtiaz Ali, Diljit Dosanjh, JP Dutta, and Sunny Deol, Pranav is embracing his journey in the entertainment industry. Expressing his gratitude, Pranav mentioned, “It has been a wonderful journey for me so far. I feel fortunate to be part of such incredible projects where learning and unlearning have been simultaneous.”

Reflecting on his experience working on “Amar Singh Chamkila” alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra, Pranav described it as a “life-changing” opportunity. He acknowledged that working with directors like Imtiaz and Anurag has significantly influenced his growth as an artist.

Pranav emphasized the impact of receiving guidance from maestros like Imtiaz Ali, stating, “Working closely with Imtiaz sir has been pivotal in shaping my art and performance.” He also credited his director for “Border 2,” Anurag Singh, for helping him deliver his best performance as Ajit Singh.

Excited about the new phase in his cinematic journey post “Border 2” and “Amar Singh Chamkila,” Pranav expressed his eagerness to entertain audiences with even more remarkable performances while striving for continuous growth as an actor.
