Actress Mandira Bedi Takes 21-Day Gratitude Journey to Gurudwara

Actress and TV host Mandira Bedi has embarked on a 21-day journey of gratitude by visiting the Gurudwara daily, even on busy days. What sets this journey apart is its flexibility, with no fixed routine or time slot; the key is simply to show up every day. Mandira expressed, “I committed to a 21-day gratitude journey for 2026 by visiting the Gurudwara daily, without a fixed schedule. The important thing is to be present every day.”

Despite her hectic schedule, Mandira has kept her promise, even during work trips like to Udaipur. Reflecting on the experience, she shared, “It has been a beautiful and grounding journey that has brought me joy.” Mandira rose to fame with her lead role in the 1994 TV series “Shanti” and has since appeared in various Hindi TV shows and movies, showcasing her versatility.

In addition to her TV and film work, Mandira has hosted major cricket events and appeared in diverse projects, including a Malayalam action thriller film and a historical disaster thriller TV miniseries. Her commitment to her 21-day gratitude journey reflects her dedication to personal growth and mindfulness.
