Adani Electricity prioritized operational excellence by celebrating National Safety Month in March. The company conducted specialized training sessions, safety drills, and workshops in line with the theme “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety.” This initiative highlights Adani Electricity’s commitment to its “Zero Harm” policy, ensuring safety for both employees and consumers.

Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited, a part of the Adani Group, maintained its top position as India’s leading distribution utility for the second consecutive year with a score of 92.5. The company’s performance was recognized for supply reliability, billing accuracy, and effective grievance redressal, earning an A+ rating among 66 assessed utilities nationwide.

Kandarp Patel, the Managing Director and CEO of Adani Electricity, emphasized the significance of their consistent performance and the trust bestowed upon them by the city. The recognition not only showcases operational excellence but also reinforces their dedication to providing reliable and resilient power to sustain uninterrupted operations in Mumbai.

India’s power distribution sector is evolving towards a performance-driven model, witnessing enhancements in operational efficiency, financial discipline, and consumer service. The recent Distribution Utilities Ranking (DUR) and Consumer Service Rating of DISCOMs (CSRD) by the Union Ministry of Power and REC Limited indicate an overall improvement in consumer service metrics.

Adani Electricity’s success is attributed to its financial and operational efficiency, resource adequacy, supply planning, and digitalization efforts through advanced metering and analytics. With a consumer base of over 30 lakh in Mumbai, the utility focuses on reliability, responsiveness, and transparency to deliver exceptional performance.
