Bollywood star Akshay Kumar reminisced about a humorous moment involving his late mother on the quiz show Wheel of Fortune. During a chat with a contestant, he expressed his fondness for the Sindhi language, revealing his mother’s proficiency in it and her close Sindhi friends. Akshay shared a comical anecdote of a phone call to a Sindhi friend’s house, initially mishearing a phrase that left him surprised.
The atmosphere lightened as a contestant spoke Sindhi, translating to ‘I love you,’ which Akshay appreciated. Known as Akshay Bhatia in real life, the Punjabi actor had a strong bond with his late mother, who passed away while he was filming Ram Setu. On the work front, Akshay is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Bhoot Bangla, featuring a stellar cast including Rajpal Yadav, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Asrani. The movie is scheduled for an April 16th premiere.
