Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has accused the Opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders of financially supporting a smear campaign against the Telugu Desam Party (TDP)-led coalition government in the state. He claimed that YSRCP leaders were providing funds to certain social media platforms to criticize him and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
Speaking to the media in his constituency Kuppam in Chittoor district, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu criticized the ‘Axe Party’ for resorting to violence and abusive language. He further alleged that the YSRCP is promoting factionalism and rowdyism. Despite facing obstacles, he emphasized that the TDP-led coalition government is committed to ongoing welfare and development initiatives.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu highlighted that the YSRCP government in the past had embroiled companies in controversies by allocating land to them, benefiting a single individual. He accused the YSRCP leaders of driving away companies and hindering industrial progress. Naidu also pointed out that the YSRCP is wrongfully taking credit for projects initiated by the TDP-led coalition government.
The Chief Minister mentioned instances where the YSRCP government allegedly facilitated cannabis cultivation and criticized their hypocrisy in moral preaching. He expressed his commitment to developing industrial projects in the Kuppam constituency and enhancing connectivity across various sectors. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the state government’s plans for decentralized development and attracting investments in technology and energy sectors.
