Actress Athiya Shetty shared her admiration for the war drama “Border 2,” featuring her brother Ahan Shetty. Watching the film, she described it as deeply emotional and more special to her than the original “Border” from 1997, which starred their father, Suniel Shetty. Athiya expressed her emotional connection to the movie, highlighting the hard work and heartfelt performances that made it stand out.

Congratulating the team behind “Border 2,” Athiya praised the dedication and effort put into the project. She commended every individual involved in the film, emphasizing the love and recognition they rightfully earned. Athiya also expressed her pride in her brother’s performance in the movie, urging him to connect with her to share more thoughts.

Directed by Anurag Singh, “Border 2” is based on the 1971 war and real events. The film is a collaboration between Gulshan Kumar & T-Series and J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films. Notably, the production team includes Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. Meanwhile, the original “Border,” released in 1997 and directed by J.P. Dutta, featured a star-studded cast that included Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, and Suniel Shetty, among others.
