The Baloch National Movement (BNM) strongly criticized Pakistan for its recent attacks on Afghanistan, denouncing them as a direct violation of Afghan sovereignty and freedom. The airstrikes in Nangarhar and Paktika provinces, targeting civilians, drew condemnation from the BNM. Afghanistan’s Ministry of National Defence reported civilian casualties, including women and children, in the attacks on residential areas.
Expressing solidarity with affected Afghan families, the BNM reiterated its support for Afghanistan’s sovereignty and right to self-defense. The group attributed regional instability to Pakistan’s expansionist policies over the past 79 years, emphasizing the impact on oppressed nations like Balochistan. Pakistan’s actions were described as causing internal crises and fostering a war-like environment in the region.
Despite facing resistance and violence, Pakistan has failed to address its internal issues, leading to further instability. The BNM highlighted the need for regional unity to counter Pakistan’s military threats, stressing the importance of a collective front among regional nations.
