Benjamin Sesko, coming off the bench, scored the winning goal for Manchester United in a 1-0 victory against Everton at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Sesko, who had previously scored a crucial goal against West Ham United, secured the win by slotting in a goal after 71 minutes, following Bryan Mbeumo’s pass. Despite Everton’s efforts, Senne Lammens and the Manchester United defense held strong, earning their first away clean sheet of the season.

Manchester United, under coach Michael Carrick, remains undefeated in their recent matches and has climbed to fourth place in the standings, surpassing Chelsea. Meanwhile, Everton sits in ninth place. Carrick praised Sesko’s performance, emphasizing the importance of patience and development for the young player. He acknowledged Sesko’s impact on the team and highlighted the need to maintain a balanced approach with the forward players.
