Veteran actress Bhagyashree regularly offers useful tips for a healthy lifestyle. In her recent social media post, she revealed a recipe for “magic water” that promotes glowing skin, boosts immunity, and aids in weight loss. The magic water recipe includes simple kitchen ingredients like Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Mint leaves, and Star Anise soaked in lukewarm water for 8 hours.

Dalchini and Laung in the recipe enhance immunity, while Pudhina and Elaichi have cooling effects on the body. Tej Patta and Chakri Phool aid in detoxification and reducing inflammation. Bhagyashree suggests consuming this magic water daily for two weeks to improve overall health.

The ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ actress shared this health tip on social media, emphasizing the importance of internal health for external appearance. She encouraged her followers to try the simple recipe and share their experiences. Additionally, Bhagyashree uses her platform to express love for her family, recently posting a heartfelt birthday message for her daughter Avantika Dassani.
