Bharti Airtel’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 declined by 33.5% year-on-year to Rs 7,325 crore, down from Rs 11,021.8 crore in the same quarter last year. Despite this decrease, the company saw a 10.48% sequential growth in profit compared to the previous quarter, reaching Rs 6,630 crore.
During the January-March quarter of FY26, Bharti Airtel’s revenue from operations increased by 15.6% year-on-year to Rs 55,383.2 crore, up from Rs 47,876.2 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company also reported a 2.5% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth according to its exchange filing.
Bharti Airtel’s India business remained a significant growth driver, with revenue rising by 7.7% year-on-year to Rs 39,566 crore. The India mobile segment specifically experienced an 8.3% revenue increase, supported by improved realizations and continued subscriber base expansion.
The company’s Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), a key telecom operator metric, rose to Rs 257 in the quarter from Rs 245 in the previous year. For the full financial year FY26, Bharti Airtel recorded a 20.4% decline in net profit at Rs 26,695 crore, compared to Rs 33,556 crore in FY25.
Bharti Airtel’s annual revenue for FY26 grew by 21.9% to Rs 2,10,972.8 crore. Gopal Vittal, commenting on the company’s performance, highlighted the strong end to FY26 and the robustness of its diversified business portfolio. He mentioned key milestones achieved during the year, including crossing the 650 million customer mark globally and launching new services.
