The team behind director Sampath Nandi’s action film ‘Bhogi’ celebrated Sharwanand’s birthday by unveiling a special poster featuring the actor as Ganga, his character in the movie. The poster showcases Sharwanand in a rugged and rebellious avatar, smoking a beedi with a fierce expression, hinting at the character’s intense persona. The film, set against a 1960s backdrop along the North Telangana–Maharashtra border, is progressing swiftly with a focus on high-octane action sequences.
Sources reveal that ‘Bhogi’, tagged as “A Blood Fest”, is currently being shot on an elaborate set in Hyderabad, capturing the essence of the narrative set in a raw and intense era. Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi play pivotal roles alongside Sharwanand, with the movie slated for a pan-India release in multiple languages on August 28. The production features a talented crew including Kiran Kumar Manne for production design, Kishore Kumar Arokia for cinematography, and Bheems Ceciroleo for music.
