Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar paid an unexpected visit to the Janata Dal (United) state office in Patna, causing a stir among party members. Upon arrival, he went straight to his chamber to oversee organizational activities and engage in informal discussions. Interacting with party workers, he inquired about their well-being and exchanged New Year greetings.

Senior leader Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and JD(U) state president Umesh Kushwaha accompanied Nitish Kumar during his visit. He inspected the party office and held discussions with key organizational figures. Nitish Kumar’s active presence has dispelled recent health-related speculations, following his extensive campaigning during the Bihar Assembly elections.

The NDA, led by Nitish Kumar, achieved a strong performance in the Bihar Assembly elections, securing 202 seats. JD(U) alone won 85 seats, marking its best performance since 2010. Despite the new government formation, Nitish Kumar remains actively engaged in governance and party matters. His surprise visit has rejuvenated party workers, instilling fresh enthusiasm and confidence.
