Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar continued his ‘Samriddhi Yatra’ by visiting Nalanda and Patna, where he launched numerous development projects. In Nalanda, he emphasized the district’s progress under his leadership and introduced several new initiatives. The Chief Minister inaugurated 110 projects worth Rs 316 crore and laid the foundation stones for 106 projects valued at Rs 494 crore, focusing on infrastructure and welfare development.

He engaged with beneficiaries, including women from the Jeevika livelihood program, and distributed cheques under various welfare schemes. Nitish Kumar, at a ‘Jansamvad’ event in Bihar Sharif’s Deepnagar Stadium, reiterated his government’s dedication to regional development. He also highlighted Bihar’s advancements under the NDA government post-2005, emphasizing the state’s growth.

Continuing his ‘Samriddhi Yatra’ in Patna, Nitish Kumar remotely inaugurated and laid foundation stones for numerous development projects from Gyan Bhawan at Gandhi Maidan. He inaugurated 761 projects, laid foundation stones for 612 others, and interacted with beneficiaries, gathering feedback on ongoing schemes. Commemorating Emperor Ashoka’s birth anniversary, he paid respects to the emperor’s statue, recalling his principles of governance, valor, and universal brotherhood.

At a ‘Jansamvad’ event at Bapu Sabhagar, Nitish Kumar reiterated his commitment to Bihar’s holistic development. He underscored the progress achieved under the NDA government and urged collective efforts towards a “Developed Bihar.” The presence of key leaders like Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, and other officials highlighted the event’s political significance.
