The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) criticized the Opposition for disrupting Parliament despite the government’s offer to discuss the NEET-UG paper leak. Union Minister Giriraj Singh condemned Congress leaders for wearing black during protests, stating that their actions reflected their “black hearts.” In the Lok Sabha, heated debates ensued as the Opposition raised concerns about the NEET paper leak and police actions in Delhi, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The ruling party reiterated its readiness for a discussion on the NEET paper leak in the House. Union Minister Giriraj Singh accused the Opposition of deliberately obstructing parliamentary proceedings despite the government’s willingness to engage in a peaceful debate. Singh criticized the Opposition for politicizing student concerns and using them as a shield for their own agenda.

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat emphasized the importance of constructive discussions in Parliament for national development. Shekhawat expressed disappointment over the Opposition’s focus on political confrontation rather than meaningful dialogue. He highlighted that Parliament should serve as a platform for substantive discussions on the country’s progress, not for fulfilling political ambitions.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale addressed the NEET paper leak controversy, acknowledging Rahul Gandhi’s protests while affirming the government’s concern over the issue. Athawale stated that the government had launched a thorough investigation into the matter. He emphasized that while protests were ongoing, the focus should remain on addressing the NEET paper leak rather than calling for Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.
