BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh praised the success of the Digital Training Campaign by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Training Maha Abhiyan in New Delhi. The campaign aimed to digitally empower the party’s booth-level workers nationwide. Over 11 lakh karyakartas from all over India have joined the SARAL app-based Digital Learning Platform (DLP), offering study materials in 12 languages, instructional videos, quizzes, and digital certificates.
The training covered various aspects, including BJP’s introduction, party history, teachings of prominent figures, Modi government welfare schemes, and organizational programs. The Digital Learning Platform was officially launched on April 6, the BJP’s Foundation Day, by top party leaders. The campaign, led by the training team under Shiv Prakash’s guidance, surpassed its target of enrolling 10 lakh workers and is now expanding to the booth level.
Chugh highlighted the campaign’s alignment with PM Modi’s Digital India Mission, aiming to bring good governance messages to grassroots levels. He credited the achievement to the dedication of party workers, organizational leadership, and training teams. States like Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh showed notable participation and completion rates in the campaign.
The campaign’s success was evident in states like Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Ladakh, all surpassing an 80% completion rate. Chugh expressed confidence in having at least 10 fully trained digital workers in every booth, emphasizing their importance as the party’s strength. The campaign’s goal remains to train every worker and digitally empower every booth for enhanced outreach.
