The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Parivartan Yatra in West Bengal continues to draw significant support, with party leaders criticizing the Trinamool Congress government for alleged corruption and mismanagement. State president Samik Bhattacharya, at a yatra event in West Midnapore district, accused Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of failing to fulfill promises of security and tackling corruption.
Bhattacharya highlighted instances of corruption, including alleged demands for money in college recruitments, and criticized the government for prioritizing allowances over job creation for the youth. He urged people to reject the Trinamool Congress, emphasizing the need to restore democracy and fundamental rights in the state.
The BJP leaders, including Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar and MP Khagen Murmu, emphasized the party’s commitment to bringing about real change in West Bengal. They pledged to focus on job creation, healthcare infrastructure improvement, and addressing demographic challenges facing the state. Meanwhile, the Parivartan Yatra, with increasing public support, is witnessing enthusiastic participation across various districts and divisions of West Bengal.
