The transaction, effective from May 1, 2026, enhances Black Box’s presence in Latin America, particularly in key areas like data center networking, cybersecurity, and managed technology solutions.
Established in 1992 and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, 2S Inovações Tecnológicas offers comprehensive digital infrastructure services, including consulting, enterprise networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services. Known for its expertise in mission-critical networking and data center infrastructure, the company aligns well with Black Box’s service portfolio and global technology platforms.
The acquisition significantly bolsters Black Box’s market position in Latin America, especially in the rapidly growing sectors of data center networking, digital connectivity, and cybersecurity.
