Bollywood actor Vedang Rain is set to appear in an upcoming film by Maddock Films, where he will be seen alongside Pragati Srivastava and Naomika Saran. The movie is said to feature a complex romantic plot mixed with comedy and thrills. Pragati plays a significant role in the film, acting as one of Vedang’s love interests.

A source close to the production shared, “Pragati will be seen opposite Vedang in a key role, offering fresh pairings in the film.” This marks Pragati’s debut in Hindi cinema, having previously worked in southern films like Janaadesh and Nakrewali. The film, directed by Jagdeep Sidhu and backed by Maddock Films, is nearing completion and is slated for a late 2026 release.

Naomika Saran, the granddaughter of Bollywood icons Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, is also part of the cast. On the other hand, Vedang Rain is gearing up for the release of ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga,’ a period romantic drama exploring themes of love and separation against the backdrop of the 1947 Partition of India. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 12, 2026.
