The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has approved the release of director Venkatesh Maha’s psychological drama ‘Rao Bahadur’, starring Satya Dev, with a U/A certificate. Sri Chakra Entertainments, a production house for the film, announced the film’s release on July 3 with bookings now open. The movie has generated significant interest among fans and movie enthusiasts.
The Behind The Scenes (BTS) video titled ‘Into The World Of Rao Bahadur’ recently unveiled the extensive production scale of the film. It showcased the detailed pre-production, prosthetics work, and elaborate filming schedules involved in the project. The video highlighted Satya Dev’s remarkable physical transformation for his role in the film.
Satya Dev’s transformation, featuring custom contact lenses, a regal purple sherwani, pearl necklaces, and a traditional turban, was a major highlight in the BTS video. It also provided insights into the high production values and technical expertise invested in the movie, including lavish sets, outdoor locations, and intense stunt sequences. The film, initially scheduled for a June 5 release, is now set to hit screens worldwide on July 3.
Deepa Thomas stars opposite Satya Dev in the film, with Vikas Muppala, Bala Parasar, Anand Bharathi, Pranay Vaka, and Master Kiran in pivotal roles. ‘Rao Bahadur’ boasts a strong technical team with Kartik Parmar as the cinematographer, Smaran Sai as the music composer, and Rohan Singh overseeing the production design.
