Celebrity chef Vikas Khanna, known for hosting ‘MasterChef India’, discussed the continuous evolution of cuisines worldwide. He emphasized that cuisines are dynamic and always changing, unlike static art like the Mona Lisa. Vikas highlighted how cuisines, especially Indian cuisine, are adapting and evolving globally, rooted in comfort and nostalgia.

During the finale of ‘MasterChef India’, Vikas expressed that cuisines reflect human evolution and societal changes. He noted that every cuisine’s essence lies in its ability to connect with people on a personal and cultural level. Vikas Khanna, a culinary arts expert, has made a mark internationally, notably as the executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Junoon in New York City.

Vikas Khanna’s culinary journey includes judging ‘MasterChef India’ and writing cookbooks focusing on Indian cuisine. He is renowned for promoting traditional Indian cooking methods and ingredients globally. Apart from his TV appearances, Vikas is involved in food diplomacy and charitable initiatives, advocating for hunger relief through his work.
